okay, on with the story!

Sam's POV

Today is Valentine's Day, my most hated day ever. You wanna know why? Because, I'm a goth. And every Valentine's day, all the colors that I see are red, white and PINK! And everyone here is bright and cheery. All getting detention for "Public Display of Affection". You may say I'm a "kill joy" but hey, don't blame me. Anyway here I am on my way to the torture chamber you call school to meet my bestfriend and my boyfriend. Yeah that's right. I have a boyfriend on Valentine's day yet I'm still grumpy. When I got to school, I saw many, many, MANY pink and red hearts that almost made me gag. There are also many streamers of white and red covering the hallway. When I got to my locker, I saw hearts, but not red, white or pink. Instead, I saw black and violet hearts. A smile tugged on my lips, I knew instantly the person who did this. As if on cue strong hands covered my eyes.

"I know it's you Danny…" I said smirking.

"aww… how?" Danny said smiling goofily.

"well, who else would do that to me?"

"good point… anyway, I should probably greet you formally." Danny said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"and how are you gonna do that?" I said leaning in closer smiling softly.

"like this." And Danny kissed me so sweetly my head started spinning. Then suddenly I heard a voice behind us.

"here we have Mr. and Mrs. Fenton kissing again. Aww soooo sweet." Tucker said making kissy noises.

"oh shut up Tuck. Your just jealous that I got the most beautiful amazing girl ever." Danny said as we broke apart. I blushed madly at his comment. Just then the bell rang signaling us to go to our classes.

"meet me at the perk later?" Danny asked me.

"what time?" I asked.

"let's say around 5?"

"sure."

"okay. See you later." Danny said pecking my lips and jogging off to class.

I didn't see Danny or Tucker for the rest of the day except for lunch. When the bell rang, I gathered up my things and went home. When I got home, I was alone again. No big deal, I'm used to it anyway. I decided to go to the park already even though it's still 4 pm, I'll just bring a book. I grabbed my favorite novel and went to the park. I ran up the hill over-looking Amity. I saw Danny's statue and memories of the day Danny officially made me his girlfriend started to fill my head. I smiled at those memories and lied down on my stomach reading the book while I waited for Danny. After an hour I felt coolnes in the warm Tuesday afternoon air.

"I know your there Danny…" I said not looking up from my book.

"aww, you guessed right again." Danny said hanging from a tree upside down facing me. He was holding a violet flower with a note, a small smile on his lips.

"a beautiful flower for a beautiful lady." Danny said smiling.

"oh shut up." I said taking the flower. I read the card and a smile formed on my lips.

Dear Sam,

I know you hate Valentine's Day, but I think I can change that. This is our first Valentine's day as a couple so I want to make this special. Will you be my valentine?

I looked at Danny who was blushing madly. I got up from my position and tackled Danny to the ground kissing him. When we broke apart we were both smiling.

"I'll always be your valentine. I love you" I said. Danny's smile grew.

"I love you too Sam." Danny said as he kissed me.

i guess Valentine's Day wasn't so bad after all...
