Boy with the bread.
An obsession? A Passtime? A Job? A Life? A Name?
It will never be the same,
First chosen, second injured, third loved
Then betrayed,
He was the boy with the bread,
She was the girl with the bow,
To see was to know
The love in his eyes, the pain in her heart,
It was the only thing to keep them apart
When she would fall, hard and fast,
He was there, he was last,
To hold her hand and let her see
What the true meaning of love could be.
