A single ship suddenly came out of FTL into a system with a single yellow sun. After taking a quick scan to determine that, indeed, they had ended up where they had intended to, they set course towards a red planet in the distance, passing closer to a blue and green planet as they did so. Out of nowhere, a explosion rocked the side of the ship, sending it hurtling out of control towards the blue and green planet, completely out of control. A segment of the hull blasted off by the explosion fell towards the planet after it, a symbol like a curved and segmented triangle visible on its surface...
