I know what I did wasn't right

Leaving you all alone during the night.

Pushing you aside as if you were a doll

Ignoring your cries when I heard you fall.

I let you down and it wasn't fair

I even ignored how much you cared.

Now your gone and I can't get you back

Now my whole world has been painted black.

I stare at your picture every single day

But that doesn't make the pain go away.

I hurt the flower that I swore to protect

As I spun her away submitting neglect.

I could tell you I'm sorry but you would think it's a lie.

So I'll duck my head low and whacth you walk away

The beatiful flower that I left lost and afraid.
