well here goes, a 2nd fanfic. let's see how this one turns out.
Beautiful Crimson Skies ; Chapter 1
flashback/background
The days were dark and Spira's days were numbered. At that time, one could hope and imagine that everything was going to be alright, but no one knew anything for sure. Beliefs of a promising future soon dissapated again, and world fell into chaos. Day after day hopes faded, as the Eternal Calm suddenly reared to display an ugly head. No had one expected the world to fall into chaos again, because the Eternal Calm was here.
Enter High Summoner Yuna.
Her adventures as a summoner had ended, and she started a new life; a life with the Gullwings. With nothing much left to do, Yuna became a mere sphere hunter, although still a highly respected idol and popular celebrity. Being a sphere hunter was easy for Yuna, for she did not have to worry about all those aeons attacking and Sin being reborn and all that nasty stuff. The simple life of a sphere hunter seemed perfect for Yuna, although it left a huge yearning for her aeons, and missions of danger. It also left a hole in her heart. Her new job was not only a search for spheres, but a search for her lover...
Next: Enter Rikku.
This feisty little Al-Bhed was more than happy to be a sphere hunter, because she was scared. She was scared of losing her cousin. But now, being a sphere hunter, adventures were less deadly and there were no giant, evil fiends to worry about. During those days she was happy and carefree and loved to be by her cousin's side.
Last: Enter Paine.
She joined the Gullwings shortly before Yuna tagged along. Her background, unknown. Where she came from, no one thought she even knew. This uptight warrior kept to herself most of the time. Why she joined the Gullwings, who knew, but it was Yuna and Rikku's job to crack her open.
Time passed for these three, sphere adventure after sphere adventure. Where there was a job to be done, they were there. Where there was a life to be saved, they were there. They soon increased in popularity all over Spira. They made many new allies and foes along the way. The search for Tidus began to make a bigger impact on everyone's lives as one event led them to another. Shuin and Lenne sent them on an entirely different course. Vegnagun stroke fear in people's hearts. Paine's background slowly unfolded. Tidus had finally returned to Yuna's arms. Life began to change for the world, and once again... after the Gullwing's adventure... the Calm could slowly be attained again. Chaos fell back into the shadows, the shadows disappeared, and the world was free again.
Okay, This chapter wasn't too long... Well, what did you think? eh eh eh eh eh? that was just the beginning. I'm actually not going into any detail about their adventure to destroy Vegnagun and find Tidus... because my story is set afterwards. I'm not exactly good at writing action/adventure.. as you'll see if you read apart of my other, (very very very old story) Lost.
So review if you wish, but please, no evil mean stuff okay? I'm just a kid...
