No one ever suspected, not even from the start
They kept up their appearances, always apart
But when no one was looking, or seemingly to blind
Things just feel into place, time alone they did find
Sometimes, on an uneventful night
They would sit together, warm and tight
Neither had to say a word to pass the time
Just enjoy the bliss, the whisper of the wind a crime
It was much later, when Kiba found them out
Shock written all over his fanged pout
But soon a smile took its place, he gave them a thumbs up
Congratulating them in earnest, excited like a little pup
The relationship started out of the blue
Almost on accident, neither had a clue
But, slow and steady, feelings grew
Until both were lost, on bird's wings they flew
When their bond became common knowledge
People were beyond surprised by their pledge
They didn't understand the love they shared
But, neither Shino nor TenTen really could have cared
