Disclaimer: I DO NOT OWN PERCY JACKSON. YOU KEEP READING THE SAME DAMN THING!

Are you new here? "YAH" Do you want to read? "YAH" Do you want to read properly? "YAH" Am I a fag? "YAH"

Erm… Anyway, here are some things you should consider while reading fanfiction.

Judge a book by it's cover.

You know the old saying, don't judge a book by it's cover? Well… that's partially wrong in fanfiction. Don't take any of the "I suk a summarie" crap. Mostly, with a few exceptions, the "I suk a summerie" people suck at stories to.

Don't judge a book by its first page.

Don't do that. If you're in a fanfic with lots of chapters, the later ones are definitely better than the earlier ones. DUH

Understand the acronyms.

Here are some things you probably understand already.

CC =constructive criticism

PJATO, PJO= Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

H.O.O (NOT AN OWL)= Heroes of Olympus.

IC= In character

OOC= Out of Character

Skip the disclaimer. I find this, on a lot of stories. A long, long disclaimer. You want an example?

ME: Ohh it's to sad!

Nico: What's to sad.

Percy: Ahhhh.

*Percy whispers to NIco*

Nico: Poor you

ME: You say it.

Percy: No, Nico says it.

Nico: The author doesn't own PJATO

*Author Sobs*

Try something new!

I'll give you an example (AGAIN). I used to go to PJATO and refuse to read the "Annabeth breaks up with Percy and Percy becomes assassin of chaos" Stories, but hey, they're actually not that bad. If you see something keep on popping up, the author keeps updating it, try reading it.

Check the words written.

3000 is decent

10000 is something worth spending the time reading.

40000 is F*CKING awesome

Don't read the "first faffic!" ones.

My advice? Wait for the second.

REVIEW!
