"It's Freddie! Carly was about to cross the street when a taco truck came around the corner and Freddie pushed Carly out of the way and saved her life."

{2 DAYS LATER}

[CARLY IS AT FREDDIE'S APARTMENT AFTER THE SHOWER INSIDENT]

"You know everyone at school is calling you a hero." said 16 year old, brunette, Carly Shay as she was staring at her best friend, Freddie Benson while he was laying on his bed in a cast because he had just saved Carly's life. [CARLY IS WALKING OUT OF FREDDIE'S APARTMENT AS SHE IS STARTELED BY SEEING SAM JUMPING OUT OF A NEIGHBORING BUSH HITTING CARLY WITH PAINTBALLS EXPECTING SPENCER]

"Oh my god! Carly I'm so sorry!" "It's oh-kay." Carly said with a disturbed look on her face. "What's wrong?" "Me and Freddie kissed!" Carly screamed as she slammed the door of her apartment, leaving Sam shocked.

{ A WEEK AND A HALF LATER]

[ CARLY , FREDDIE AND SAMANTHA ARE IN PASSING PERIOD ON THEIR WAY TO CLASS]

Sam is walking in the hall way and see's her two best friends holding hands and talking. "Oh hey you two love birds." Sam say's jokingly with sorrow in her eyes. "Oh shut up Sam." says Freddie. Carly laughs. "Alright honey," Carly says to Freddie, "I'll see you later. Oh and you to Sam." Then Carly walks away. Sam laughs and says to Freddie, " I wonder how long that is going to last." "Ugh you know what Puckett I am sick of you making fun of me." "Oh. I'm just saying Carly isn't in love with you." "{FREDDIE RESPONDS HESITANTLY} Yes she is." "Oh really? Then how come she just now want's to be your girlfriend, coincidently right after you saved her life?" "Sam I don't believe you! I think you are just jealous." When Freddie said that he was not expecting a serious response, he was expecting a 'You wish' and then for her to turn a way. " I am not jealous." "Oh your not are you?" "N-N-o. I uh?! Okay you know what I am jealous okay! But I have reason I mean you were my first kiss. And after we kissed I fell in love with you, I didn't want to tell you because I am Sam and you are Freddie and we are supposed to hate each other like Lilly and Oliver on Hannah Montana. But I saw how you looked at me that night we kissed and I guess I just thought you might have feeling for me too. I understand that you have loved Carly for forever, but she isn't the right girl for you. I am." Freddie stood their in shock. He could not believe that Sam, his best friend that he always fought with would be in love with him. As he stood there in shock not saying a word Sam started to walk away, thinking he didn't feel the same. As she turned her back he pulled her arm back and turned her around and kissed her with more passion than the first time. "Sam I have always loved you."

Icarly was still the same. And they trio still remained friend except for Sam and Freddie, who were now boyfriend and girlfriend. Cary had realized she never really loved Freddie she just thought she had because he had saved her life. And because Freddie had saved Carly's life, he had realized Sam was the girl of his dreams.
