Okay, so here's the dealio: I just got this adorable peelunger on the marketplace and named him Sop. So this is the story of how we met! (I made it up, of course.)
As I was walking through the Zen Gardens, I heard a little noise. It was hard to hear it over the beating of the drums, but my sensitive cat ears picked up on it easily. It was a high-pitched sound, almost like a squeak but not quite. I rushed to the area where the sound had come from.
When I got there, I saw the most amazing thing. A large drum was cornering a baby peelunger that had escaped from the sewer! Having only a 2.8 cl, I wasn't sure that I could kill it. However, I had more than enough firepower to defeat the drum. As I turned to the peelunger, I realized how small it was. It couldn't possibly have hurt anyone if it tried! So I left it. As I was walking away, I heard a wet, squelching sound. I turned around to see the baby peelunger following me.
Of course I couldn't take it home with me, so I tried to lose it. I ran over both bridges, up into Bass'ken Lake, through a horde of wild dogs (which almost bit me to death), and finally to Buccaneer Boardwalk. But the stupid little animated toilet plunger would not go away.
Finally, I gave up. "Do you want to come home with me?" I asked. The peelunger made another squelch, which I took to be a "yes".
So I took the peelunger home. But then I was presented with another problem. What do I name it? All I could think of was "Fred." What kind of peelunger is named Fred? I wracked my brain trying to think of something better. Unfortunately, my mind came up blank.
I decided to take him to Barton Town to see if anyone could help. After much searching, I finally found someone with a good suggestion.
"Sop. Like sopping wet!" And thus, his name was Sop.
Sop, like my cat ears, is now a permanent part of my avatar. I would like to thank whoever suggested that name, and apologize for not remembering yours. Review?
