''Gloom''
The 5th of March, 1997
In the village of Moonworth, there once lived a 23-year old gamer. One day he buyed a tv and watched a commercial. ''Pokémon Red Rescue team, now 60% off!'',he began thinking about his Gameboy Advance he bought the other day, so he came to the conclusion to buy the new Pokémon game. Once he had it, he plugged the game card into his Gameboy Advance and started playing. ''Pokémon Red Rescue team'', appeared on the screen. He chose ''New Game'', however, the colors of the text seemed a little off. As time passed by, he came to a third level and quicksaved. ''I'm going to sleep now.''He said,so he went upstairs and went to sleep.
The 6th of March, 1997
The gamer woke up quite early this morning, because he couldn't wait to play his Pokémon game. As he went downstairs, he heard a quite strange noise coming from downstairs. It sounded like nails scratching on a chalkboard. ''I wonder what that is.'', he said to himself. As he ran downstairs, he saw his Gameboy was still left on, however this time a message was on the screen. ''The Gloom is everywhere.'', it said. The gamer pressed various buttons on the Gameboy, but the message did not disappear. So he turned it off and on again. This time the title screen displayed different words. Instead of ''Pokémon Red Rescue team'', it showed ''Gloom's Rescue team''. The gamer was confused, so he turned the game off and went to sleep early.
The 7th of March, 1997
The next day he decided the game was haunted so he went to exchange the game, only to find out his wallet disappeared. Confused and scared he threw the game case and card in the garbage bin. Again, he went to sleep early.
The 8th of March, 1997
The gamer went downstairs, and began thinking happy. ''That weird game is gone now.'', he said to himself. However, when he was downstairs, he saw the game case lying on the kitchen table. This time it didn't say ''Pokémon Red Rescue team'', but in bloody letters ''GLOOM'S RESCUE TEAM' being horrified by the bloody letters he threw the case again in the garbage bin, only to find out it had disappeared. ''How is this possible?'' he said to himself. He ran to his garden and found the original game case and card lying behind a bush. He picked up the game and put it in his Gameboy. This time the game loaded fine and everything, except for 1 thing. When he went to explore, he saw a new level: GLOOM'S PEAK. He went to the new level and saw, of course, a Gloom. However, when he was fighting it, the Gloom walked three steps back, and jumped into the screen, possibly breaking the 4th wall. The gamer looked closely and noticed that the Gloom did not have honey drooling out of his mouth, but blood. The game turned off by itself and showed a message. ''This is yours.''. The gamer totally freaked out and burned the game. He went to sleep, this time really late.
The 9th of March, 1997
Police began investigating a weird case. The gamer had disappeared and was unable to be found. The police sheriff suddenly saw the case of the game, which now said ''Please return to owner.''
