"Ssssss...."

The sibilant was accompanied by a ferocious scowl, signalling Kaidoh's displeasure. Well, probable displeasure. It was hard to say, because Kaidoh's default expression was a scowl and it was kinda hard to tell when his mood deviated. Inui-senpai claimed to be able to read his moods, but the rest of the regulars weren't entirely certain they believed it.

Kaidoh couldn't care less, in any case. Tennis was all he admitted to bothering with, and it was where most of his focus went. He had to spare a little for actual school work, nuisance that it was, but other than that, tennis owned him body and soul.

Mostly this ownership was perfectly fine with him, but not right now. Because right now, this ownership was made manifest by Eiji, and he was a pain in the ass to play against, with the skipping and twirling and the stupid tricks and the flashy dance moves.

"Less circus, more tennis," he growled and did his level best to smack the tennis ball to oblivion.

"Hoi, hoi! Tennis is a spectator sport, Kaidoh-kun, don't be boring!" Eiji chirped and returned the ball with a stupid mockery of a move, holding his racket in a reverse-grip as if it were a walking stick, frame straight down, and flipping the ball back with a flick of his wrist.

"Senpai! Play seriously, dammit!" Kaidoh felt a moment's twinge of sympathy for the poor bastards who had to face Eiji in real play. Some annoyances were best kept on your own team; others, like Momoshiro, would've been better off elsewhere.

The match wore on with Eiji somersaulting around, driving Kaidoh to the brink of madness with all his antics and winning almost as an afterthought. After stretching and showering, Kaidoh grabbed his kit and stalked off to the bus stop in a foul mood.

Just as he was embarking on it, he heard an annoyingly familiar voice call out for him to stay the bus; and five seconds later, Eiji hopped up after him, wearing a huge smile.

"Oy, Kaidoh-kun. Had you forgotten that I was to help you with your homework today?" he winked.

Kaidoh sighed and bowed his head. "...yes. I had."

"Good thing I can think for two, then!"

Kaidoh slumped down on a free seat and thought many unkind thoughts about karma and the universe in general. Eiji plopped down next to him, and harangued him with talk ranging from gossip, the latest news in shoes and equipment, gripes about various teachers and questions about Kaidoh's classes and curriculum. All he got for his troubles were one-liners and soft hisses, but this didn't seem to deter the cheerful acrobat at all.

Well up in Kaidoh's room, Eiji wasted little time tripping up his junior team mate so they both landed on the bed. "Why are you so grumpy, Kaidoh-kun?" he teased, face only inches away from Kaidoh's. "Are you angry with me?"

Kaidoh swallowed and tried squirming in the faint hope that Eiji wouldn't ... augh--do what he just did... Trying with all his mighty stubbornness to ignore the lithe thigh Eiji had just slipped between his legs and was moving, rubbing up and down in a very, very distracting way, he growled a response of sorts.

"I don't like playing tennis with you, Eiji-senpai. It's annoying. Playing you is like playing a damn monkey, skipping all over the pla...ahh...ssssssss..."

Eiji just chuckled and relaxed the sudden pressure on Kaidoh's number one distraction spot a little. "Is my agility really so annoying, Kaidoh-kun? You haven't complained about it before..." He let the sentence hang in the air, and leaned in to kiss the Viper.

Say what you like, but the guy had lips to die for, and Eiji had taught him how to use them. Coaching talent was an important part of a senpai's duties, after all...
