Ahem… dear avid and loyal subscribers to me, Kirb-Inu-Mon,

I am very regretful about my lack of production all summer as I was away at camp and seeing my family and many other things. I greatly enjoyed that, but do not think I've forgotten about you all. As an act of good faith towards you, I have decided to provide a teaser for my next series. Here she is:

The land of Kohana, often times referenced to as the Village Hidden in the Leaves, is a place that's blood is it's age-old traditions and it's ancient practices. The most important of these is the study of Ninjutsu, or the "way of the ninja." Ninja's reign over this land, each one possessing a different and special technique either given to them by inheritance or perfected with a lifetime of training. To be more powerful in the arts of Ninjitsu means everything: rank, status, and responsibility.

As ninjas, these gifted people must help the needy and the weak. Ninja's often get employed to perform a service by one more powerful than them. Such an employment is known as a Ninja Mission. Missions are given ranks, from A to E, of difficulty by the employer of the ninja team and, when missions are completed, the ninjas get rewarded equally to the rank of the mission. Then, the mission gets put on the record of the team and saved under the village head's register. Suffice to say, teams are most likely to get employed the better record they have.

Kohana's village head is called the Hokage. The Hokage is an extremely powerful ninja and was agreed upon by the entire Leaf Village to be their lord. The currant Hokage, the fifth Kohana has ever seen, was indeed a powerful ninja in her youth. She was part of the ninja team hailed as the Densetsu no Sannin or just the Sannin. These three ninja are perhaps the greatest of our time. Although the Fifth Hokage is 53 years old, she has the ninja power to appear in her 20's at all times (the peak of her beauty.) But her personality has but one flaw:

Although she is legendary, she does not have much wealth, the sole reason being she is not the best at keeping her gambling and betting to a limit. She recently placed a wager. She gave an identical mission to four special ninja teams: the first person to reach to village of Silver City, Land of Stone will get a large sum of money. The one rule is all travel must be done by automobile. Thus the NARUTO RAT RACE began!!!

Yay! Aren't you all excited now? I know I am. The requirements of reading this story are:

1. Full knowledge of Naruto

2. Seeing the movie Rat Race at least once (which just so happens to be one of the best movies ever made)

3. It has Sasuke in it. DEAL WITH IT!!

4. The understanding that it is pure comedy and all bashing of Naruto characters is for the sake of laughter

5. The understanding that I, too, hate Sasuke's guts, and I have a reason why he's there. DEAL WITH IT!!

6. There are five requirements…
Well, that's about it. Now I'm off to work on Naruto Rat Race Chapter 1 and, following that, Xiaolin Showdown, the Final Challenge Chapter 4. So be on the edge of your seats (or else.)

I love you all and all of this is for you,

Kirb-Inu-Mon
