This is a poem I wrote to and for those feeling depressed, or similarly. Please review! ~Sarah Leung

There Is Hope

I know how it feels to be depressed

Moping around, completely distressed

All hope flickering out like a flame

Wondering what's my purpose, my aim?

You feel abandoned, you feel the pain

Nothing to do but sit and complain

You feel thins emptiness on your part

Deep within you, a hole in your heart

But there's someone who is always there

Who loves you, and about you, does care

He is the living God Almighty

Hope comes when you seek Him earnestly

You can't survive this life on your own

Your soul will find rest in Him alone

So come to God and He'll give you strength

To live out your life and fly the length
