We haven't spoken in a little while though I do miss those conversations of old, and I hope that you like this! (One of my tied OTPs, and one of your favorite pairings as well.) So, have some fluff. (I didn't intend for this to be part of the giftfic chain, but it can be if you want it to be.) Since, Christmas is coming up, have a very merry Christmas! (Oh, I read 1984 a little bit back, and it was really good! The ending startled me, and it kind of made me wish that he could at least do something now to change the future.) I hope this sweet, fluffy thing will make your day! (I hardly ever post for SpaMano yet always have numerous projects running for them.) So enjoy.

Finally, he held his breath; it seemed like just yesterday when this was an impossibility.

Antonio wrapped his arms around the boy in front of him as if forgetting that he was holding his breath.

His eyes were tickled by long and dark eyelashes as he gazed down at the beautiful boy in his arms.

"T-Te amo." The Spaniard couldn't believe himself, stuttering over an already accepted confession.

"You too, dummy." Lovino's dark, dark green eyes or at they appeared to be so in this moment locked on Antonio's in a strong willed manner.

The Spaniard ducked his head and captured the perfect lips in his own that rested somewhere between delicate and strong like the man that they belonged to.

Arms slowly wrapped around Antonio's neck like the nerves were caught and held in fear.

Antonio cuddled the other closer to himself as he felt the warmth of a flushed face against his own and realized for the first time that the Italian was nervous here in his arms.

He tugged him close with a loving embrace and allowed his lips to take control over Lovino's in a gentle manner, and the Italian gave away his own control to melt against the Spaniard.

"Ti amo." Was finally spoken in a shy murmur as they broke apart, causing the Spaniard's grin to grow.

"Te amo, tambiƩn." Antonio smiled goofily and held his Italian still so close to his being.

Lovino's head rested against his shoulder, and it all was fine.

May be this moment can be accused of being brief or too simple to contain such love and devotion all packed in as if by a powerful punch yet Antonio would argue against that as he knew Lovino, and every moment, with him, their bond grew.

I love you was a phrase and will forever be one that's meaning stays fairly close to the same one regardless of differing cultures though different cultures could sway the intensity up or down with it, the phrase was not to be lost in translation.

In this moment, Antonio wished that he could speak Italian fluently enough to give the words, 'Ti amo' obvious meaning yet he only knew Spanish and English, so he couldn't quite convey that.

He vowed that he'd learn however as Lovino was his everything and deserved that kind of compassion and love merged with such hard work.

It wasn't to buy him over, but rather to express a little bit more how much he cherished the other.

For now, a stuttering, "T-Ti amo" would do.
