Having Hope

"Syaoran, please don't leave me!" yelled Sakura, a thriteen year-old girl. She ran to Syaoran who was about to leave, flying back to Hong Kong. They were in the airport, and his plane was about to leave.
"Sakura!" Syaoran yelled, getting ready to hug her. They were a couple in love.
"Syaoran!"
They embraced each other. Sakura was on the edge of tears.
"Don't leave me, please don't leave me Syaoran. I can't live without you," Sakura said through tears. Syaoran looked like he was about to cry too. And with that look, a tear dropped down his face.
"I'll come back Sakura. I promise, but you have to have hope in your life," Syaoran said. Sakura hugged him tighter.
"But I can't have hope! You are my hope. My only hope. Without you, I can't live." Sakura said. The only reason Syaoran had to leave was because his mother was terribly ill. He had no choice.
Syaoran looked down into her emerald eyes. Then, the speakers spoke up again, saying that all passengers going on his plane, had to get to the gate immediately.
"Please wait for me Sakura. I'll come back. I love you."
Those were the last words he said before he left.
(A.N: *Sniff* That was a really SaD part. I almost cried when I wrote it!)

Throughout the years, Sakura had never dated anyone else. She would try to always live life like it was when Syaoran was there. She was doing as Syaoran told her to do. She had to have hope.
Now she was 17 years-old. Today was the day Syaoran left 4 years ago. She was walking to school when she saw an amber-haired boy. He was wearing the school uniform that her school-code had. He slowly turned around and smiled. Sakura smiled back at him with tears streaming down her face. She ran to him, and he embraced her.
"Syaoran!"
"Sakura!"
Sakura was so happy. He came back and kept his promise.
"Were you keeping hope in your life while I was gone?" Syaoran asked obviously teasing.
"I told you. You are my hope. My only hope, and without you I couldn't live." Sakura said, smiling. But deep down, she knew that she let hope enter her life. She had listened to Syaoran's words, and she wanted him to be proud of her. And having hope had brought her to one good conclusion, being with her loved one once again.
