Tears From A Blackened Sky
It is an unspoken agreement that rainy nights are for Sanzo and Hakkai alone. Their coupling is always frantic and bitter, clutching limbs and clashing mouths. And if Hakkai climaxes with Kanan's name on his lips that's ok, and if Sanzo's eyes are bright and wet, and he bites his lip until the blood flows…well that's ok too.
Afterwards they lie tangled together, holding bruisingly tight to deny how alone they both feel, and the emptiness inside each echoes with the thunder of the rain outside.
When rain and night are both done Gojyo comes, bringing with him the sun.
