He always knows that she's the innocent one. For all the employers in the building, she sure seemed out of place.
He knows everyone would always eye her with jealousy. Not only that her hue never clouds, she always had had nice environments. A princess grown in a nice, warm, and rich castle. Who just happened to find curiosity on a dark swamp.
He knows that she'll just get tougher over time, but as the time goes, he finally realizes his feelings.
He doesn't want to be the one to stain her. It's reassuring to see her grow, but some parts of him had always wanted her to be the pure, the innocence.
The one to remind him the reason of living. The essence of being alive.
The sense of justice.
That's why he had to leave.
All the practical reasons and the chances he was given just add more fuel to that spark.
"Sorry, I can't keep my promise."
