Nightmare in wonderland.
The obsidian sky seemed to crackle with electricity as his smile lit up the spacious room. Removing a silvery old hat which was as battered as tattered the mad hatter chattered with a chilling mirth. All the while the dormouse squeaked and squealed and cackled with malice, blood oozing from her frothing maw. It was enough to wipe the grin of a cheshire cat.
"Staying for tea my dear?"
The words tore at sweet Alice like silver knives. What had happened to her sweet friends? Her glazed eyes darted to and throw searching desperately for an escape from these nightmarish fiends.
Spotting a mouse-sized hole in the ramshackle skirting board, her petite hand tore a slab of cake from the pocket of her pinifore. With no care for manners she smashed it into her eager mouth barely chewing, whilst all the while the Hatter cackled and jeered and the Dormouse frothed and foamed.
With cake still about her face Alice began falling to the floor, her pretty cian dress enveloping her in its folds.
The Hatter seemed to be unable to cope with such fun and fell about the floor, rolling with laughter. The dormouse started to shake, before sprinting to and fro her eyes wild with confused malice.
Barefoot and horrorstruck, young Alice wasted no time sprinting towards the dark hole leaving the insanity behind her. As her foot stuck the cold concrete safety, the mouth of the hole smiled with darkening glee and the cheshire cat's jaw snapped shut on her.
Screaming Alice woke up. Her soft blonde hair wet and dank, her porcelein skin torn and battered. The doctor came forth with the syringe.
He whispered softly; "this is the last adventure Alice" and Alice's screams were silenced.
