GCPD Police Files - Carmine Falcone
Falcone is a respected businessman in charge of various business with the Falcone prefix around Gotham. This a man who has been rumoured to behind many crimes but since no evidence has appeared then it is clear these rumours are false. Since he is a large investor in the GCPD fund, I can't believe these people who claim he is running Gotham and pin their crimes on him.
Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb
Carmine Falcone, The Crime Lord of Gotham was not normally a worried man; as he controlled most of the criminal underworld and he had a few powerful figures like The Mayor and The Commissioner in his pocket. However, his worry came from waking up tied to a chair in an abandoned rundown office. A heavily disguised female voice said, "Welcome to my domain Falcone". A tall chair turned around to show Falcone a figure in a crudely made armoured suit including a helmet with glowing yellow optics that was hiding her identity. She said, "You might be wondering why I brought here"
Falcone said hiding his fear but showing his annoyance "I am of course wondering why I was kidnapped by a costumed freak…."
He was interrupted by her shouting "I am not a freak" Falcone was smart enough to not continue speaking. She calmed down and spoke more calmly "I am here with a business deal"
"What kind of business deal?" Falcone inquired cautiously, not trusting her or her deal.
She said, "I have a plan to destroy our mutual enemy, The Batman"
Falcone foolishly said, "Why would I want to work for a costumed freak"
She said barely restraining for her anger "You will find that it is in your best interest to accept my offer" She whistled and a set of conjoined twins known as The Abramovici Twins came in. One-half carried a hammer and the other half a sickle.
