A/N: I seem to only get words every other week, but that's probably for the best at the rate I keep falling behind. I love my classes and I'm proud of the work I'm putting out, but man I'll be so glad when I'm done and can regroup for a minute.

It's not that the last job was difficult. Not even the last several. It's just that one had spilled into the next until they'd been on the road for a solid several months. Dean rolled his sore shoulders, trying to ease some of the tension out, as he thought about how snappy they'd gotten with each other. It was obvious they'd needed a break. Watching Sam run along the small beach, his stupid kite soaring behind him, Dean had to grin. Sam was still limping slightly, but a few days in this old cabin would do them both some good.
