Adventures in Watching a Winchester

Cas and Dean come home Charlie is asleep on the couch, she sits up when the front door closes and smiles at the guys.

"Sorry, Becky kept me up half the night", she says waggling her eyebrows at the guys. Dean cringes never able to get over the fact her girlfriends name is Becky, both he and Sam had choked when she introduced them to her. "Mary's been asleep all night I checked on her a couple hours ago. Cas goes to check on their daughter.

"Dean!" Cas shouts Dean and Charlie run down the hall, "she's not here." Cas says with distress in his voice. Dean can hear Charlie apologizing in the back ground, he wraps his arms around Cas and hugs him.

"She'll come home and we will ground her, this isn't the first time she's snuck out." Dean says, Cas can hear pride in Deans voice and pulls back to scowl at him. "What? Kid snuck out again, you went against God for me and I've went against everything and the kid is still ballsy enough to sneak out." Dean grins and kisses Cas gently, " she's still ground for life." Dean says with a scowl. He goes to Mary's window and shuts and locks it he grabs a screwdriver and wedges it to lock the window good so she can't force it open, then he and Cas and Charlie flip off her light and leave the room. Charlie leaves still apologizing and Dean hugs her and waves her off. Soon they hear rattling of a window, and of the back door. Finally they hear keys unlocking the front door and both men stand up. Mary opens the door with her head down not looking at her dads, Cas clears his throat, she still doesn't look up.

"Mary!" Dean says sharply,"where the hell have you been? You worried your daddy, Charlie, and I to death!" Mary's face turns red as she listens to Dean scold her. Dean watches her shoulders square and she steels herself to face her dad square on.

"I went out." She states as she starts to walk to her room Cas is instantly in front of her staring her down, she turns back to Dean.

"Where?" Cas demands. She turns and looks at him.

"Daddy, I just went out I was going stir crazy in the house." Dean snorts.

"You wouldn't be going crazy if you hadn't been grounded." Mary rolls her eyes at her dad.

"You grounded me for hunting like you and Uncle Sam were doing at my age, that's not fair!" She stomps her foot. Dean raises an eyebrow.

"Are you 14 or 4?" Dean asks. She scowls at him. "You are grounded. Again." Dean says, "three months and someone will take you to and pick you up from school." Mary gasps, "keep it up and it will be longer and you will not get those driving lessons you've been itching for." Mary stares at him and turns and storms off to her room
