You Know You're a Band Geek When…
You hum your Band songs while you work
You're not embarrassed to tell people you play the bassoon
You carry spare drum sticks in your purse
Your parents refer to you as "My daughter/son, the Band geek"
When your parents ask you how your day was you tell them a half an hour story about something that happened in Band
You have sword fights with your drum sticks during your rest
You still have music from your first year
You still have your first year music memorized
You're not mad when a drum stick comes uncomfortably close to hitting your head when it flies at you from no where
10) The rest of the Band is use to your un-normal hyperness
11) Your section doesn't mind your constant mood swings
12) You can make fun of other sections and not get upset when get hit with a tuba
13) You have all the Band member's phone numbers in your cell phone
14) You have your band director's phone number on speed dial
15) You don't get disgusted when someone empties their spit valve on the floor
16) You find enjoyment in sitting at competitions and pointing out the other Band's mistakes
17) You argue over who's going to play Steve the snare or Barry the bass
18) You always spell Band with a capital B
19) You chew your food/gum to the beat of your Band music

21) Your cell phone ringer is a drum solo
22) More than half your CDs are CDs of your Band concerts
