I walked around town for a little, it was chilly and dark, i was heading on over to my friend Ponyboy Curtis's house. He was my salvation.

I was Best friends with Ponyboy, and he made me allways feel welcomed. See, my parents beat me, and well dont care about me, so the gang is my only Real family. Oh yeah the gang see we have a group of boys, theres Dallas Winston, Two-Bit Matthews, Steve Randal, and the Curtis's Ponyboy, Sodapop, and Darry. We all stick together. Are rivals are the Socs, they are the rich kids on the good side of town with money, and greasers are the poor kids, with no money. But anyway, I walked over to Ponyboy's house, I didnt even think of going home, i could hear my parents from the lot and it just didn't sound too appealing to me. So I went over there. I got in the house its allways unlocked, got a blanket, and went to bed on the couch, i woke up the next morning by pony saying we were gonna be late for school. " So what happened last night?" Pon asked.

"Nothin'" i replied, we walked in silence the rest of the way, until Ponyboy and i noticed a girl, she was beautifull. She had long dark brown hair just about to the middle of her back, she just moved in i guessd, she had on jeans, and a jean jacket, and a red shirt, it wasn't very often you see a girl in that gid up! "Look Pon!" i Said, "Yeah thats a female," he replied being a smart allec. " What ever will we do!"

"Aw Ponyboy knock it off!" i said shyly, see i wasnt into girls much after waht Two-Bit said too me and Ponyboy one day, they sounded, Harsh.

We got to a old brick building with lots of windows, it was the school. I walked to my locker, #429 I looked over my shoulder, it was the new girl. "Hello" she said, quitley.

"hey," I replied I was turining red i could feel, "whats up?"

"Uhm... " she was shy too " Can you show me t-to uhm.. the math room." Yeah," I replied, " Thats my first class."

"Ponyboy saw us, oooh you got a girlfriend!" He said. before dissapearing into his class. " He doesnt do that ussually." I said afraid she may not talk to me again.

"Its ok-okay." She said. Wow she had pretty green eyes so full and afraid like mine. We walked into the class together i introduced her to the teacher and we sat down in the back. "My names Olivia, Guessing your Johnny Cade." She said. I looked at her, "How do you know?"

"Johnny Cade? JOHNNY CADE!" the Teacher yelled. "Oh here." i said. I must have been staring at her. I felt emberrassed. After all our cores it was time too go home. I walked home with Olivia, and Ponyboy, "So you new here?"

"Yeah." she said. "Wana come over?" Pony asked.

"Sure got no where else to go." she said. No where too go? Sounds like me
