My favorite daughter
I always had a soft spot for my eldest daughter,Bellatrix. When she was a little girl,she often climb in the trees, and she tore her dress almost every day . Unlike her sisters,she didn't care a button about being called "good". She was my ''little boy". Everybody knew her for her wild spirit.
She was a bit nasty with other children to the point of being called "evil". Bellatrix's love for me was "marked" and she often tried to escape from the lessons to "go to Papa". She often confided in me when we went on long walks . Although she also loved Druelle, her relationship with her mother was somewhat strained during her adolescence and early adulthood. She was an incredibly talented duellist and she was a brilliant student. She was very beautiful with shining black hair,dark eyes and she had many admirers. I was very shocked when she told me that she joined the Dark Lord. Although she deserved to be a death eater,I still believe that a woman must stay at home!
I heard many rumors about her affair with the Dark Lord,but she never confirmed my suspicions. I will never forget the day when she married Rodolphus Lestrange. It's one of the saddest days I ever had!
''Bellatrix,are you sure that you want to do this?'' I said to her,''You can still change your mind''.
''No, I won't change my mind'',she said with sadness,''Rodolphus is a good match''.
''But you don't love him'', I said.
''Father, I want to make a respectable marriage'',she said,''my feelings doesn't matter''.
"Do you, Bellatrix Black, take this man to be your husband?"
"I do!" she said without emotion.
That was the moment when I lost my favorite daughter to marriage.
