I wrote this a while ago, and the story is that Twilight brought
Up the ''immortality' idea, while practicing magic with Spike
And Spike was hit a spell that did something...pretty bad.
Read on to see what happens!
I don't own MLP.
I ran.
Not caring about who would survive.
We all put our lives on the line today.
I suppose one survivor outweighs the others.
I cried out.
I ran faster towards freedom.
I knew they needed me.
But fear takes hold of all of us.
The monster woke up,
All thanks to me.
I was speaking about immortality.
I suppose I always did like tests.
Would I survive?
I wasn't sure, but I knew...
If I ran away now,
It would be a certainty.
The monster roared.
It moved for my friends,
Snatching them up
In its claws.
Spike tried to fight it,
But the spell to save him backfired.
Only a monster remains,
And only a monster would win.
I tried to save them.
I really did, but no spell would help.
I refused to give up, however.
For my friends, who were fighting with all they had.
But I was so scared.
I didn't know if my friends would survive.
They all put their lives on the line today.
But I was the only one who could survive.
So I ran.
