For ~Watermelon-gurl
"For my first Thanksgiving as host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the store." Portugal smiled s she held the frozen rock of meat out to her guests.
"ITS HUGE!" America exclaimed as he stood up in excitement.
"Oh, PLEASE do sit down!" England snapped and America sat back on the small couch.
"Dude, a turkey that big will take hours to defrost let alone cook. Nice planning smarty." Ireland said as she smacked her friend on the back who yelped at the sudden contact. Sighing Portugal felt her self-esteem falling as she realized the failure. It was finaly her turn to host the Thanksgiving for all of the UN members (and America who showed up anyway), and she went and screwed it up.
What a disappointment. At least it can't get any worse
"I TOTALLY KNOW WHAT WE COULD DO TO FIX THIS!" Everyone sighed and looked over at America who had, once again, leapt from his seat.
~The Next Day in Belfast~
Ireland laughed as she recounted the events to her brother Northern Ireland who hadn't made it to the party. North just stared at his sister already tired of the story by the time she started.
"And then Port was all 'WHY ME!' and England tackled America to shut him up but in the end we just went with his plan. And that's why we all had hamburgers for Thanksgiving!"
