Getting a cousin can be either the worst or best thing in your life.

If you're an only child and you're lonely, it's one of the best things in your life.

If the kid's a brat and snitches on you, it's one of the worst things in your life.

For morro, Lloyd was kind of in the middle of the scale.

It all started when Wu found him on the docks.

It was a cool night, the stars were managing to shine despite the lights coming off of the city. The destiny's bounty was rocking slightly, and the sound of wind rustling through the fishing nets echoed around the docks.

Morro was dropped on the deck, 2 years old, and abandoned by his parents. Wu had heard him start to cry, and immediately rushed onto the deck and scooped the child up. The only hint on his identity was his first name placed on a small piece of paper.

Morro.

Wu took him in, giving him a home and a loving environment. Morro was happy. He had a new dad and a new home.

Everything was great for 3 years...until the day Wu took him to see his aunt koko, telling him she had a surprise for him.

"Come on, Morro."

"I'm coming! My legs aren't as long as yours!" He squeaked, reaching for his dad's hand and trying not to trip over his feet.

"That's true." Wu chuckled, and walked to the apartment door. Knocking, the door opened and Garmadon greeted them.

"Hello, brother...and small child." He said, and opened the door so they could enter. Personally, he'd rather not let them in.

What? He's protective of his wife and new son.

"Here, Morro. Come sit up here." Wu beckoned him over, to where his aunt was seated on the couch, holding a green bundle. He scrambled up onto the couch, kicking his feet as he struggled. He finally got himself situated, and peered up at his aunt. She looked tired.

"Here, look." She lowered her arms, placing the bundle in his small arms.

"What is this?" He questioned.

"It's a baby...mine and your uncle Garmadon's baby. He's your cousin, and his name is Lloyd." She answered, adjusting his arms so he was holding him properly. The little face wrinkled in discomfort as he was separated from his mother, his button nose scrunching up. Koko brushed a few strands of his feathery, blonde hair out of the way.

"He looks like a wrinkled potato."

Wu spat out his tea, and Garmadon dropped his plate he was holding.

"Morro!"

"He does!"

Garmadon frowned. The kid spoke his mind, and he just insulted his precious, pure, new angel...and that's not okay.

"Well, I'll be sure to tell him that when he's hold enough to remember." Koko responded, trying to hold in a laugh at Garmadon's face.

The baby opened his eyes as he yawned, flashing the red color.

"Woah!" Morro breathed, fascinated.

"Isn't it cool? He got those from his dad." She asked, pleased by his response.

"I want my eyes red! Can you turn my eyes red?" He asks, looking up at Garmadon.

"Sorry, kid. No can do."

That had Morro pouting, but he looked down at his new cousin and smiled.

He may look like a potato, but...a cute potato.

He'll do anything for him from now on.
