a one shot of Lucifer falling into the Cage of Apophis after being thrown into the Cage, feel free to continue it after you've read it, and it is nice enough. takes place during the end of the throne of fire and season 5, episode 22 of supernatural.

I don't own supernatural or the Kane chronicles, all claims to ownership go to their respective owners.

What Lucifer did not expect when he got thrown back into the Cage was for the clashing of the two Archangels to throw him into another Cage, this one containing the Serpent of Chaos. They had not fought for long before the weak spell that sealed and buried the Cage was removed, and the two burst out. Interestingly, his wings could not be hidden, though his Grace was whole and complete, or as much as possible. The Mark of Cain, which had been the cause of his fall, was gone, and he was free of the bindings of prophecies. However there was that foul serpent to deal with. Looking down, he saw an ancient Egyptian barge, with a throne of fire and three passengers. Two of them children, true vessels, his mind supplied, and the other a senile old man. All three emitted great power, and seeing that though they had the marks of being filled once before, it seemed that despite their using their patron's power, they were not filled now, strange. He remembered the most ancient of the lessons his Father had taught him, that there were other beings to exist as well, beings of the same amount of power as an Archangel at full strength, or even more so, beings who were near impossible to kill, who drew strength from the very essence of civilization, and changing and adapting throughout the ages, gods. Unlike the pagan gods, these were created by human minds and his Father's power-they were manifestations of the flame of existence itself.

But of right now, they seemed to be at war, and he would help the children and the old man, if only to spite his family.

There, how's that? Feel free to continue this story and publish it, as long as you have a nice Lucifer, and nice Kanes, nice gods and nice house of life, as well as reasonable angels and Lucifer meeting his family again one day.
