A/N: Hey guys! So I was playing with sparklers and fireworks a little bit ago and then...this happened. Just a short little one-shot. Hope you guys like it :)

"Kurt come on, it's fun!" Blaine was laughing at how terrified Kurt seemed to be of sparklers.

"No! Those are just a fire waiting to happen!" He backed away when Blaine tried to hand him an unlit one.

"Here, watch." Blaine said while putting the end of his sparkler into the bonfire they had going. Once the sparklers lit Blaine started dancing around making shapes in there air.

Kurt couldn't help but smile. "You know, sometimes I feel like I'm dating a 5 year old."

Blaine just turned around and threw his now burned out sparkler into a bucket of water. He walked over and put his arms around Kurt's neck. "But you love it," he said with a smirk.

"Yes, yes I do." Kurt leaned in for a kiss but Blaine ducked his head away.

"Nope, not until you light a sparkler with me." His said in a teasing voice.

"But Blaaiinnee," Kurt whined, "what if I catch my hand on fire!"

"Oh you'll be fine," Blaine gave Kurt his puppy dog eyes, "Please, for me."

"Ugh! Blaine you know I can't say no to those eyes!"

"Yay! Alright here take this," Blaine said while handing Kurt a sparkler, "and put the tip into the fire."

"Okay." Kurt did as he was told and the end of his sparkler lit up. "Hey, this is kind of cool."

"See I told you." Blaine had lit up another one and turned to Kurt. "Now just dance around or write things in the air!"

Kurt was spelling something Blaine noticed and he was trying to read it quickly before it disappeared. He said the letters out loud.

"I." Kurt smiled and Blaine continued watching him. "L. O. V. E. Y. O. U." Blaine thought for a second and then grinned. "I love you too." He said back.

Their sparklers finally burned out and after throwing them into the bucket they both sat down on a bench next to the fire pit.

Kurt grabbed Blaine's hand and linked their fingers together. "Thank you for making me do that. It was actually really fun."

Blaine just chuckled. "Well, thank you for spending this evening with me."

They both just looked at each other with love in their eyes and leaned in for a passionate kiss. The carnival down town had set off fire works just at that exact moment too. Although it didn't matter either way because both boys were already seeing fireworks.

They broke apart only for a second. "I love you." Kurt practically breathed out.

"I love you too."

And they went back to their unscheduled make-out session by the fire, under the stars, and to the sound of the fireworks.

Happy Independence day :D P.S: don't worry I'm still writing my other story..this just popped into my head and wouldn't leave :p Bye for now ;)
