I've always liked Luna. I feel that she is underappriciated. How do they know that she's not telling the truth? She could be way smarter than any of them! After all, while she has no proof that any of her creatures exist, no one else has proof that they don't. REVIEW PLEASE!

Also I don't own Harry Potter or Digimon... else I'd be rich, neh?

Luna Lovegood was not easily annoyed. In fact she went through life with a very complacent nature. True none of her house-mates ever believed anything she said. True also that her closest friends (who weren't even in Ravenclaw, so therefore didn't have the excuse of so-called-intellect to hold them back) didn't believe her (though at least they were nice about it).

These things just slid over Luna as though she was constantly protected by an invisible bubble. Luna just did not care. She knew what she knew, if they were too close-minded that was their problem. Who was she to judge them? Everyone would learn the truth eventually. Peter Maccabe from Slytherin now knew the truth about the Crooked-snouted Shnorlacket. (Though he was keeping quiet about it, he was afraid of being seen agreeing with Loony.)

But that no one believed in Digimon? Now she couldn't understand that one. True she had never met a Digimon herself, but she had seen the reports about them. They were a mixture of magic and the muggle technology. They were new creatures. Her father had told her about them.

So when she had brought them up in the Ravenclaw common room the other night, in her usual dreamy manner, everyone had just rolled their eyes and said "Oh Luna."

She did not however expect to be locked out of the Ravenclaw tower. How did they even manage it? The entrances were supposed to be tamper-proof. Then again this was Ravenclaw.

Well for once Luna was really miffed. More then that, she was hurt.

So she went walking.

"I wish I could give them the proof they so desire, it is the only way they will clear their minds of the wifflets and believe me." she said as she passed the blank wall for a third time. As if in answer to her musings a small, nondescript, wooden door formed in the wall. The room of requirement, could it really help her?

"Only one way to find out." She walked through the small door. When she got through she was in another world, not a room. Though the door stayed put, set into a tree. Everything was lush and green and smelled wonderful. She smiled dreamily as she began walking through the forest.

After awhile she came across a clearing with a small brook, she settled down, day dreaming.

She fell asleep like that.

When Luna woke up it was with a heavy pressure on her stomach. She looked down and saw a strange blue ball with what looked like a green feathery mohawk. It was the giant green eyes that blinked at her that told her it was alive.

Now most people would have jumped back, screamed, or done something similar to that. Luna just said, "Hello there, what is your name?"

"Mokomon." it replied, "I've been waiting for Luna-san to come for quite awhile now."

"I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. Are you a Digimon?"

"Yes, Mokomon is Luna-san's Digimon, Luna-san is special."

Luna smiled at that. "Would you like to come home with me? Or are you needed here?"

"Oh no, Luna-san is special but she isn't a Digi-destined. You were just meant to come find me here. You have many important things to do in your world, and I am to help you."

"Well then, shall we go? I'll get you some treacle tart from the kitchens when we get back. And we can visit here anytime if you get homesick." With that the two made their way back to the door in the tree.

Odd thing was that Luna had completely forgotten that she wanted to prove herself right to everyone. She was too caught up in getting to know her new friend.
