Being Sick Isn't All That Bad
Athor's Note: Hey guys. I really wanted to write this story because it came to my mind a few times about how Willow and Kennedy would end up together if Amy never put that hex on Willow and Kennedy was sick and not faking it. I hope you like it.
Willow walked into the room with a cup of liquid. "Hey, I figure the best thing for a cold is a nice hot cup of-"
Willow stopped speaking when she noticed Kennedy wasn't laying down. She set the tea on the bedside table as she looked for her. When Willow walked to the bathroom door, she knocked on the door. Willow heard a muffled voice. "Yeah?"
Willow walked in to see if she was OK. She looked down and saw Kennedy, in the floor, really pale. Willow rushed to her side within seconds. "Kennedy, are you OK?"
Kennedy smirked "Didn't think you cared. I'm fine but could you help me get out? I tryed to get up but it didn't go as I thought."
Willow smiled a little as she helped Kennedy to her feet and out of the bathroom. When they got to the bed, Kennedy noticed the tea. "Awe, you made me tea? Your a goddess."
Willow laughed lightly. "And your a slayer. Lay down so you don't hurt yourself."
Kennedy did as she was told. When Willow covered her up, she handed the cup to Kennedy to help her relax. Willow watched as she chugged the tea. Willow began to laugh. When Kennedy finished her tea, she looked at Willow and laughed too. "Your such a slayer."
Willow stated. Kennedy looked at her questionably. "What does that mean?"
Willow sighed "It means that you are more of an animal then human."
Kennedy sat up a little more. "Why do you say that?"
"Because, not everyone drinks a hot cup of tea that fast."
Willow still had a smile on her face. Kennedy just sat there staring into her eyes until Willow finally broke the silents. "You should get some sleep. It will help you feel better."
Kennedy shook her head. "Not unless you lay by me."
Willow laughed "OK."
Willow climbed into the bed as Kennedy moved back a little. Kennedy chuckled "You don't have to. Besides, your just gonna get up after I fall asleep."
Willow shook her head. "No, I promise I'll be right here when you wake up."
Kennedy layed down, both facing each other. As Kennedy closed her eyes, she heard Willow talking. "By the way, I care more then you know. Alot more."
Kennedy opened her eyes to be met with piercing green eyes. She couldn't tell who was moving closer but she didn't care when she felt Willow's lips on hers. When they pulled away, Willow leaned up and kissed her head before the fell asleep. When Kennedy woke up, she figured the red head would have been gone. She opened her eyes and was suprised she was still there, asleep in her sweet embrace. Kennedy smiled and layed down, once again, drifting off to sleep.
