A/N: So instead of updating OM or LC, I'm just going to start a story that will take absolutely forever to finish.
Worth it.
I apologise for the extremely short prologue.
Also, please read: I am considering doing some studying and actually giving these characters names, instead of using their titles, mostly for convenience, and because it'd be a fun bit of studying. I do need feedback on that, because I don't want to anger anyone who reads this! Please read and give feedback. It'll be a while before the first chapter is out, because it'll probably be long. Thank you for reading!

-.-.-.-.-
She quivered, feeling a spark of excitement run through her veins as she stared at the cave wall before her, blank like a canvas to be painted. The beast that lay beside her had been killed several minutes ago, the side of it sliced open, blood running freely from the wound.
Her fingers dipped into it, and she stood up to her full height, as well as leaning up on her toes in a fruitless attempt to reach the top. From there, she began writing.
Her face was screwed up in concentration, trying to remember all that had been said or done, occasionally pausing to look around, listening for the approach of something besides a beast, going back to her work when nothing was there. Eventually, she ran out of blood, falling to her knees and looking up at what she had written. Pleased with herself, as well as exhausted, she cleaned off her bloodstained hand, retreating to the darkest corner of the cave, clutching in her hand the pair of legging she had absconded with barely a day before.
Pressed up against the dark, cold wall, her eyes were trained on the entrance, reflecting the little light that remained as the sun set, the final bit of day left disappearing from the world.
Holding the clothing close to her chest, she closed her eyes, breathing in the distinct scent that still lingered. Soon enough, she was asleep, exhaustion overcoming the feeling of grief that had plagued her heart.
