I have other things I should probably be doing right now, however I really wanted to make a short little, fluffy oneshot about Sheba.
I am very upset about her passing in the current chapter. Here.. is my take on her thoughts as she faded into the lifestream.
Sheba felt cold. Her heart betrayed. Her world truly had fallen apart.
Solomon left her, left everyone, to become a God to free destiny from being pre-determined, only leaving a plant of himself behind. Despite her pain, she kept pursuing Solomon's ideals. Many of their old friends turned their backs on Solomon, on Sheba.
Worst of all, Arba had left her and her unborn child on the ground to die.
Arba, the one Solomon had trusted the most. Her eyes left no spark of compassion, or of light. It was only false. She had fallen into depravity long ago.
Blood continued trailing from of her body. Death and the Rukh would consume her shortly. Sheba could feel no regrets. Yet a spark from her stomach, spurred her thoughts one last time, her eyes snapped open.
The...The...The baby...! Sheba thought desperately. The only thing left to do was to transfer whatever life force she had left to her unborn child. Her eyes shifted upward. Ugo came running to her, falling on his knees as he gazed at her Rukh filled belly.
"Sheba! Sheba!" he cried. Sheba's sight began to fade, but light and bitter coldness began to consume her. I leave my..son to you Ugo. Take..care of him.
Golden Rukh came over her, leading her very soul into the lifestream.
I'm coming Solomon. I only pray our son will make a difference in one world. One day..
An ocean of light covered Sheba's sight. Yet her eyes continued to stare through the light, until it parted two ways, as if it were a curtain.
"Where...?" Sheba looked around, appearing to be inside of a small house. It was warm, very warm.
"Sheba! What are you doing home so soon?" she spun around to see Solomon standing before her, a small smile plastered on his face. "There you are! Ugo was looking for you for us." her eyes could only widen.
"S-Solomon..?" she stuttered. Her eyes began to sting.
"We missed you."
"Momma!" cried a small voice. Sheba looked past Solomon to see a small child run to her. His blue hair gleamed in the sunlight, his bright blue eyes full of joy and life.
"Aladdin?" the boy jumped into her arms, Sheba could not help but wrap her arms tightly around her son. He was so beautiful, he was like the sun, wrapped up in her arms.
Light like the golden Rukh.
Tears overflowed her eyes, her heart more at peace than it ever had been.
Sheba felt a smile slide onto her mouth.
"You had a hard time, Sheba. I am so sorry. " Solomon apologized, a sad look upon his face. "Thank you, for always being at my side."
"No, Solomon. Thank you for being at my side." Sheba paused, leaning close to Solomon, along with her tiny child. Looking down at Aladdin, who stared up at her with curious blue eyes she softly added;
"Thank you for giving me hope."
