So, this is just a little "what if" moment based on last Monday's Lost Girl...technically its a Bo/Dyson fic but it's also about Dyson/Ciara too...and please remember when reading this; it's called Fan-Fiction for a reason...

Cheers

Bo knocked hesitantly. She hadn't been to Dyson's since it happened. The door opened and Dyson stared back at her.

"Bo what are you doing here?" he asked quietly, glancing back into the apartment.

"I'm not here to cause trouble," she said shaking her head, "I just," she sighed, "Had to get something off my chest."

"Please, be quick then. I don't know when Ciara will be out of the shower," Dyson said not unkindly.

Bo stared into his eyes for a moment before taking a breath.

"Kenzi said something to me the other night. When you and Ciara left the Dahl, I remarked that normally; I would've been jealous. She told me I shouldn't. It made me think. I haven't been fair to you. I've been blaming you for what the Norn did to us. First I didn't want to believe it, then I denied it. Then I got angry. And, I'm sorry. I want you to be happy, really," she said sincerely, "I just wish it didn't have to be without me," her hand came up to his cheek and she smiled softly, "Even though you can't feel it anymore, I still love you. I'm always going to love you. And that you gave that up to save me? That what you felt for me was the most important thing to you? That's something I can't repay. So, be as happy as you can be."

She leaned up and kissed the corner of his mouth, "Good bye," she whispered.

Leaving him there, she turned and began walking down the hallway.

"Bo," his voice stopped her and she turned her head slightly, "Nothing that I feel for Ciara will ever compare to what I felt for you."

She smiled slightly and it was sad. Without saying anything to him, she walked away.

Neither of them knew that Ciara had heard the whole thing. Now she knew what happened between Bo and Dyson.

The day passed by in a daze for the young woman, she had tried to work through the earlier revelation to no avail. But something inside of her knew that Dyson had spoken the truth. She knew that nothing he felt for her could truly compare to what he had had with the Succubus. As her late husband had told her before, once a wolf mates; it's for life.

She waited until Dyson fell asleep that night. She got out of the bed silently and dressed. Standing in the doorway, she stared at Dyson's prone form and knew that she was doing the right thing. Even though it was the last thing she wanted to do. She made her way silently through the night. An old friend had informed her of the address she'd been searching for. She stared up at the lit house and, after a small pause, made her way onto the front porch. Taking a deep breath to steady herself, Ciara knocked on the door; the sound echoing through the quiet night. When the door opened, Ciara looked up at the being in front of her.

"I need to see the Norn."
