Well, summer's here and I was bored. This is actually something I've wanted to do for a while. I will continue to work on my other stories as soon as I have my crap together. This isn't necessarily in order(although this first one is set in the beginning of the movie), so if I missed something and you want me to do it, requests are open! These chapters will be very short, but I plan to make a lot of them. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I don't own RotG

Jack rose dramatically from the lake. Opening his eyes ever so slightly, he took in the form of a beautiful moon, which shone brilliantly, even through the ice. It was so big and so bright, he barely noticed the biting cold of the water that surrounded him. He saw the ice directly above him begin to crack, as if opening just for him. Unfortunately, it didn't crack quickly enough, and he bonked his head into it. He winced, but the force had been enough for him to break through the surface of the lake.

He gasped, taking in his first breath since waking up. He rose up, facing the moon, and was gently set back down. The moment his feet touched the cracked ice, it froze over again, as if the cracks had never been there.

He shifted and looked at his hands in wonder. 'Did I do that?' he silently wondered. He gazed at the moon in amazement. Deciding to explore this strange new place, he wandered around the surface of the lake. Jack stepped on something that was not ice, and out of the corner of his eye, saw something coming at him quickly.

The large stick he had stepped on whopped him in the face as a result of his carelessness like you'd see in a cartoon. He heard the crinkling of ice as frost covered the stick as it made contact with his skin. Jack stumbled back, but caught the stick-no-staff before it fell.

It made the noise again, turning a faint glowing blue, startling him to the point of dropping it. The staff made beautiful frost paisley designs on the icy lake. Jack looked at the staff in awe, and then, testing its weight, poked a tree with it. The tree, too, was immediately covered in frost designs.

Jack laughed a childish laugh of happiness, jumping up and down with excitement. He ran across the lake, slipping a few times in the process, and soon the whole lake was covered in frost.

Suddenly, he was lifted into the air, very nearly screaming. He flailed around, attempting to regain his balance, but to no avail. The wind suddenly gave out from under him, and he crashed into multiple trees. He saw one strong branch that could stop his fall, and he reached out for it. His hand made contact with the branch, but slipped, and Jack had nothing to break his fall as he fell into a snowbank head first.

"Ow."

Aaaaaand scene! Thank you, I'll try to make them longer later on, but for now here you go! Review!
