Prologue-

-Pinwheel Forest-

There was a sun dappled forest filled with lush, green grass and magnificent trees trying to gobble up as much sun as possible. That was all the woman took in of her surroundings, and all she had time to see. The woman didn't know much. She didn't even remember who she was or where she came from. All she knew was that there were two babies strapped to her chest, there was pain raking through her body, and that she had to run. From what? She didn't know. She just knew she had to run. Run, run, repeated through her head as a mantra, and since she didn't know much else, she ran.

Suddenly, one of the babies started to wake up with a small yawn. The woman looked down to the babies that were huddled together and continued to run. It was the small boy who had started to wake up. His big, forest green eyes squinted open and silently observed the world around him. The woman thanked whomever was listening that the boy hadn't started to cry.

The other baby, a girl, was still soundfully asleep, and the little puffs of dark brown hair that clung to her scalp stood out in stark contrast to the boy's few light green hairs that sat about his little head. The woman didn't know why the boy had light green hair or if it was even natural or not. She didn't know anything anymore.

As the woman ran she noticed the sound of heavy boots stomping behind her. She started to run all the faster. She couldn't let them catch up to her. Her feet pounded on the ground as hard as she could will them to go, and soon her breath grew ragged. She kept running though. She had to. She didn't know what else to do. Run, run.

The woman kept running on through the pain, but it couldn't and wouldn't last. The woman tripped over a gnarled root and crashed to the ground. The two babies flew out of her hands and slid onto the forest floor. They seemed to be unharmed, for which the woman was thankful, but the woman knew she would not be able to stand back up. The pain was just too much, and her legs would no longer listen to her.

The last thing the woman saw was a majestic green pokemon suddenly appearing and standing over the two babies lying on the ground. Then her eyes drooped to a close, and the pain dissappeared.

Virizon eyed the two children lying silently on the ground in surprize. They had been dropped from a hight that most human children would start to cry from by now, yet these two children had remained silent throughout the entire ordeal. In fact, the girl child seemed to still be asleep.

Virizon bent her neck down and sniffed the two children. Ah, Virizon understood now. She perked her head up and heared the sounds of heavy boots glomping through the forest. Virizon quickly picked up the two children with her mouth and raced off to a grotto hidden deep in the woods. She knew who the two children were and knew that she had to keep them safe.
