Blood Lilly Rating: T, MAYBE a little M.

(Full) summary: Megan Sage has always been aquatinted to the alchemist life. Well, mostly. Megan is what you would call a rebel alchemist. She loves to wear her choice of clothing, hell, even get punk highlights in her hair. But, with vamp business, she's all seriousness. When she meets Ian Inkheart at a royal ceremony for a moroi that she's protecting; Vassilla Dragomir, she instantly wants to bash his head into a wall. But, something happened at that ceremony that will bring them closer than Megan could've ever imagined.

And...I have nothing to say. And, yes, I'm the Megan in this story. Hints the name. You may find that Ian is a lot like Adrian Ivashkov. He is. But, I also wanted to make my own character. So, though there are many similarities to Adrian, there are also many differences that make Ian himself . Okay, so maybe I did have something to say. Enjoy! -Mermaid12108

Blood Lilly, Chapter one: The Golden Lilly

Working with Moroi sucks, no pun intended. No really. It does. Especially when someone just stuck a needle in your cheek, and now you have a tattoo that binds you to the alchemists. Forever. I stand in my little blue bathroom that always seems to effect my moods, (Brighter blue for happy, darker blue for sad, and a dark, almost obsidian for really, royally, pissed. But, that's just what I think.) and I brush my curly brown hair away from my face to examine the brand new golden Lilly on my cheek. Since it was just applied, I can see the serum working its way through my bloodstream by the flaring golden of the Lilly that almost seems to...MOVE with the magical liquid within the tattoo. Ugh. Creepy. 3 soft raps on my bedroom door tells me it's time to leave. I grab my suitcase and my small bag that holds toiletries. And a knife...but no one needs to know that. Hey, don't blame. It's self defense. Girls need to fight to. I get in my car, and tool down the window for my dad after he taps on it. "Make sure and follow protocol, Megan. The alchemist's are counting on you." Yep. Just what I thought. It's never 'Be safe' Or 'I love you, sweetheart' with my dad. It's all business. "I will." I promise, and then I'm off. ~{•}~
