Ding dong.
…
Knock, knock.
…
Ding dong, ding dong.
…
Knock, knock, knock, knock!
…
"Um, hello?" Zeke knocked again, but still no one answered. He called the phone inside, and Sharpay answered.
"Hello?"
"Sharpay?"
"OH! Um, hi."
"Do you hear me knocking?"
"Yes."
"Then come out here, we're late for our reservation!"
"Zeke, I have to cancel our date."
"Why?"
"Um…just trust me. I can't go out today."
"Sharpay, I'm coming in."
"It's locked."
"I'm coming in." he repeated. He hung his cell phone, and lifted the flower pot to the left of the door, where Sharpay kept the extra key. He grabbed it, unlocked the door, and let himself in. He called up the stairs, but she didn't answer. He heard a door slam, so he headed upstairs.
"Sharpay?"
He pushed open a door, and saw her, sitting on a chair. She was crying, and she had a big baseball cap on her head.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
She let out a sob and took off her hat. Her hair fell to reveal a very bad perm. Her hair was very curly, so curly that it gave her an afro. She let out yet another sob and buried her head in her hands. "I thought it would be nice for our date. The lady at the hair saloon said it would make my cheekbones stand out…I look like a freak!"
"Sharpay, you look gorgeous to me." He said, sitting down. He wiped away her tears. "You always look gorgeous to me." He smiled.
"I can't go out. I look awful."
"I don't care how you look, as long as you're my girlfriend.
She shook her head. "We can't go out. I look like Chad! We could have a movie night, though."
"Sounds great."
Like it?!?!?!? Please review!!!
