At Lynn and Lucy's bedroom, the jock gave Lucy a firm look while the goth read a book about reverse psychology. "Hey, Lucy, I have a question for you," Lynn blurted, catching the emo's attention. "Why do you always wear a dress?"
"Because it's a big challenge for any girl to go out in what essentially amount to only a shirt, with a very probable chance of having people see my underwear every, single, second. And it's a challenge I manage to succeed at every day," Lucy explained, pausing before adding, "But of course, perhaps someone like you wouldn't even attempt such a challenge."
"Mrs. Loud, are you challenging me?" Lynn asked, narrowing her eyes with a smile.
"If your waist fits the dress," Lucy answered, holding back her laughter. "But really, Lynn, you don't have to wear a dress. And most definitely not a wedding dress."
"Oh, that does it!" Lynn got off her bed and gave Lucy the pointer finger. "I'm going to wear a wedding dress tomorrow, and win this fabled dress challenge!"
The jock left the room to get prepared, and Lucy took the time to chuckle to herself. "That was so easy, I almost feel guilty."
The next day...
At the adult table, almost everybody ate their breakfast before Lynn, wearing a red wedding dress, appeared out of nowhere and sat on her chair. "Hello, family!" the jock enthusiastically greeted as she put her feet on the table and her arms behind her head. "How are you doing in this magnificent day?"
"Lynn, what literally are you doing?" Lori sternly, almost flatly, asked.
"And why are you, like, wearing a wedding dress?" Leni added, raising an eyebrow.
"Don't tell me you're going to marry someone!" Luan remarked, letting out a couple chuckles.
"Yep, I'm going to marry Lucy's trophy once I beat her challenge!" Lynn proudly stated, laughing to herself as everybody was... Less than impressed.
"Something tells me we should set her up with a real date before she starts thinking of making a family with said trophy," Luna whispered to Luan right across the table.
"Well, at least their children will be born winners," Luan whispered in return with a giggle. "Get it?"
"I can hear you two, you know?" Lynn blurted, catching everybody's attention. "Besides, say whatever you want, I will win the dress challenge Lucy goes through every day and there's nothing you can do about it! Lucy's not the only one who can go every day on a dress just for a challenge!"
"We don't need to do anything about it, because no such challenge exists," Mr. Loud answered.
Upon hearing this, Lynn blinked twice, put her legs on the ground then nervously asked, "E-Excuse me?"
"There's no such thing as a dress challenge, sweetie," Mrs. Loud explained. "Lucy simply wears a dress every day because she likes it that way."
Once she realized what that meant, the jock got off her chair, sternly said "I got something to do" and walked to the kiddie table, where she immediately caught everybody's attention. "Oh look, we got a wedding in here!" Lola remarked, clasping her hands and looking a bit jealous as well.
"Who's the unlucky guy?" Lucy nonchalantly asked, eating her breakfast as Lynn loomed over her.
The jock just cracked her knuckles and answered: "You."
What came next was the younger Louds flinching as Lynn beat the everloving stuffing out of Lucy, ending it by slamming the goth's bowl right on top of her head. Once she went back to the adult table, Lisa remarked, "Note: take out "potentially pull a prank on Lynn" on my "become more social" list."
"Well, looks like Luan's plan worked one way or another," Lucy deadpanly remarked... While Lynn was in close enough range to hear her.
Then the athlete walked to Luan, while holding a metal tray on one arm. Once the comedian turned to her, she seemingly failed to notice the steam coming from Lynn's ears.
"Oh hi, Lynn, what's up?"
