Pretty much Entre's thoughts before he shot Bitter. Entre/Bitter in here. (Just calling it that because I don't know the technical shipping term for it)

Hope you Enjoy!

Entre sighed, biting his lip and running a hand through his dirty, bloodied black hair. He sat down on his sleeping bag, examining the gun he held in his hands. Entre ran his fingers over the surface, feeling every design engraved into the pistol.

He didn't want to do this. He hated having to do this. He didn't want to kill someone who he cared for. Someone who was still alive! Granted they were infected, so they might as well be dead, but they were young. Bitter was young. He was scared and young. Entre felt like this was almost equivalent to shooting Ted…Which would just be down-right terrible.

But no, Bitter wasn't considered young. He wasn't given mercy like Ted would have been – Entre knew that Swag had a very soft spot for the young boy even though he didn't want to admit it. Just because Bitter was older than Ted didn't mean he didn't have feelings and wasn't rather young compared to the rest.

No one understood. Swag didn't understand how much Bitter looked up to him. How Bitter would get so scared some nights that he would climb into bed with the other, then get up early so he'd go unnoticed. Otherwise Swag would get very angry with him…

Ted was much too young to understand. Plus, he wasn't very close to Bitter. But if he knew he'd hate it.

It was horribly unfair that Entre, of all people, had to go kill Bitter. He knew that Bitter understood what was going to happen. He knew how scared the other was. He'd be scared if it was him. It was stupid that Swag made Entre to do it. Entre liked Bitter more than Swag did so why didn't Swag take this as a shot to kill someone who he disliked? It was just too much to process, too much to think about.

Entre let a few tears leak from his eyes, dropping the gun and pulling his knees up to his chest. To think, in an hour or so he had to go shoot his close friend that he cherished so much…And he still didn't have to guts to say five simple words to Bitter.

I love you so much.

Like he said, it was all too much.
