Screams.
Electricity.
A flash of light.
I woke up in an unfamiliar woods, my brunette hair tangled, my arms cold.
I was lying down on the grass, in a flowing white dress.
I wiped my eyes.
How did I get here?
What's going on?
Who ... who am I?
All of these thoughts were rushing through my head as I pulled myself up, brushing the soft blades of grass from my dress and pulling them out of my hair.

I had the feeling as though I had to go.

I had the feeling as though I had to run.

I had the feeling as though there was danger nearby.

But how?

Before I could think, I found my legs running of their own accord.

Darting forwards, quicker than the wind.

I was running, for hours and hours, in a woods.
I did not know my name. I did not know where I had come from.
All I knew was that I was at risk, and that I needed to get out of there immediately.
My palms sweaty; my dress ripped; my hair blowing in the wind.
I ran and ran and ran.
Hoping that someone would find me.
That was when I stumbled upon it.
The small cabin.
With so much promise, yet so much fear ...
I headed inside.

A/N: The reason this is so short is because it is just the introduction; a mere prologue. The next chapter will be much, much longer, I can assure you! I just needed to introduce the atmosphere and the confusion that our protagonist is feeling at the moment.
