Candace sighed and shut her window. She paced around her room, Why did it have to come to this? Couldn't she had just kept her mouth shut? Times like this that made her wonder where this compulsion to tattle came from. Deep down, it was because she was concerned for her brother's safety. But, there was another side to her, a different side. A side that had some guilty pleasure that could only come from accomplishing something in her life that frustrated her. Phineas and Ferb were annoying at times. But they never meant any harm, in fact; they were always looking for ways to help Candace and make her happy. Why couldn't she have done the same? Didn't she learn anything from the past? She thought she took them for granted. Instead, she took a picture of the three together and held it close to her. The only thing she had left of them.
Their goals were innocent. Only trying to help out a "friend"... a friend she vows to have revenge on for killing her brothers, not even knowing who this friend was. Seeing her two brothers flying a helicopter and using a grasp-hook to climb buildings certainly wasn't comfortable. But comfort really doesn't matter. It's safety, she thought.
She promised them that she would stand by the passageway to keep the doors from closing. They knew what they were doing, she didn't have to screw it up with her own plans. Again, that ray was so close to them and she didn't want to have to witness that...
So she made one mistake... leaving her spot.. seeing the door crash down... along with-
No. It wasn't her fault. It was that person's fault - Oh, what kind of person would send two children on a mission like that. No matter what, she was going to find him.
Sooner or later.
A/N: So, if you';re wondering why this is so short, it's a one-shot. Pointless. No plot. No depth. "Why's she so sad" or "This already happened" or "OOC" crap will be ignored because I already know that. =_= I might continue. Ask me for the details.
