On a particularly cold day Russia decided to do something nice for his Yao Yao. He snuck into Chinas house in hopes of making China some of his favorite foods. As soon as he approached the stove, Russia realized that he had no idea how to cook, as the Baltic's did all the cooking for him. He'd seen China cook before, so how hard could it be?

Russia had decided to make chicken feet and rice. He'd bought the chicken feet at a store near China's house, and borrowed from rice from the cabinet.

The first thing he did was put the rice in a pot and set in to boil on the stove. Russia wasn't completely sure what to do with the chicken legs, but he'd eaten at plenty of Chinese restaurants while visiting America (note: Chinese food served at Panda Express is not real Chinese food), so he decided to just prepare the legs like that.

Russia took the Chicken legs and covered them in a bunch of random spices he found in China's cabinet, and fried them in a pan on the stove. He didn't really notice much happening, the Chicken legs seemed to be getting nice and crispy, but they smelled horrible. Russia knew that he did something wrong, but he couldn't put his finger on what he did.

All of a sudden, Russia turned around, only to see the rice boiling over. He abandoned the chicken legs to go check on it. As soon as he left the Chicken, it burst into flames. Russia was attempting to put out the fire, and stop the rice from boiling over at the same time. China decided to take this time to walk in.

"What are you doing to my kitchen, aru?" He yelled at Russia.

Russia stopped what he was doing and smiled. "I wanted to make diner for Yao Yao, but I think I might've messed up, da."

China facepalmed. "Okay, let's just get this mess cleaned up, then we can go over your place, and I'll make the food this time."

After the fire was put out, and the mess cleaned up, they headed towards Russia's house.

"Yao Yao, will you make my favorite foods this time?"

"Sure, anything Russia."
