A Frozen Heart (Mew X Cryogonal) by OneLetterEnigma

OLE: Hey guys, Enigma here, bringing you this Mew X Cryogonal fanfic, it's an awkward one as both Pokémon and are genderless, hope you like it, laters!

Chapter 1: The Truth that lies within.

Drift's Journal

Journal Logs : (Page 27) "From the depths of Twist Mountain, I have captured a Cryogonal, and I nicknamed it Frost (gee way original, huh?), as I was lurking around TMs, I learned that for some reason, It learns ATTRACT!

It's a genderless Pokémon, which makes it stranger than usual, the only genderless Pokémon that learns Attract, is Mew. And that is because of its genetic ability to learn every TM and HM Move possible. This is really intriguing, and I must find more about this.

Journal Logs: (Page 28) Was this intentional? A bug perhaps? or some weird conspiracy? As I was observing my Cryogonal named Frost, he was a jolly fellow, but he didn't seem comfortable about the TM that I hold, which was attract.

I decided to keep it cool, as I saw my friend knocking at my door, I was surprised to see him there.

Hey Drift, how's it going, you wanna go train for the upcoming Premier League? Said Entropy, who was eager and was holding an Ultra Ball in his hand.

I had no choice but to say yes, as I wouldn't want anyone to see Cryogonal's attract just yet.

Why so glum, chum? Entropy wondered. I wasn't quite able to respond to his question, but the best I could muster was…

Oh, it's nothing, Entropy. Let's just move on with that training. Said Drift.

Journal Logs: (Page 28) I decided to battle him with my old standard RU team, which frankly has Frost in it, but I'm not sure on what he's planning.

So Drift, wanna battle? I need to test out this UU team. Said Entropy as he was holding his Park Ball, which contains the Genetic Pokémon, Mew.

MEW! Even though Attract doesn't work on genderless Pokémon, I had a good shot on doing this, that Mew was the one I traded him for his Shiny Aggron, which I have on deck in my RU team.

As the battle began, I only had my RU team at the moment, but I couldn't say no.

Sorry Entropy, I only have my RU team, but I'll still battle you, Drift said.

Go Jakiro! (Druddigon!), said Drift.

Go Lacunae! (Mew!), said Entropy.

Then again, I really need to be focused on this match, he can either be an SR Lead, a Baton passer, or some defensive support set with SR and wisp, I decided to lay down rocks, as I did have a cleric.

Lacunae used Stealth Rock! Pointed stones dug through the ground!

Jakiro used Stealth Rock! Pointed stones dug through the ground!

Stealth Rock, I'm having doubts, this clearly rules out the possibility of a Baton Pass set, then again, Entropy is a very unpredictable player. I decided to switch to my Choice Banded Entei, as I have nothing to fear.

Good Job Jakiro, return! Go, エンテイ!(Entei!). Lacunae used Will-o-Wisp!

But It Failed!

Ah, so he is the defensive Support set, I assume he also has roost, and one attacking move.

Lacunae, return! Go, HARD BODY! (Rhyperior)

エンテイ used Flare Blitz! Not very Effective!

As we were battling, a huge crowd of people charged in and disrupted us, we decided to return our Pokémon and head back to the house.
