A/n: Ok this is my first song fic on this type of pairing so I hope that you like it. If I get some great reviews I will add the next part to the short story and if both parts work well then I will make the story. So please review if you like it and if not then don't because if you did it would be a waste of your time.
He seems so cold, distant, and emotionless. He had so mush to deal with in his past. A boy that had to become a man much too early in his life, but he did what any young boy would do. He ran. He from his life. From his home. From his destiny.
Why was I one of the chosen ones?
Until the fight I could not see
The magic and the strength of my power
It was beyond my wildest dreams
He has changed sides and Van still doesn't trust him, but I can't help the way I feel. I Have really gotten to know him since he has joined our side. He is smart, handsome, has a sense of humor, and there is something mysterious about him. I don't know what it is, but it seems to draw me to him even more.
Dark wings they are descending
See shadows gathering around
One by one they are falling
Every time they try to strike us down
He always is seems to be in the small lab that they have here. I have often visited him there. He seems to really enjoy his work what ever it is. I really didn't understand when he told me about his little project. I never really good at science I was always more of a history person.
Don't you die on me
You haven't made your peace
Live life, breathe, breathe
Don't you die on me
You haven't made your peace
Live life, breathe, breathe
Van seems to think that he his up to something and seems to be keeping a close eye on him at all times especially when Merle and me are around him. God he can be so paranoid at times. God the man is trying to redeem himself and he has his little brother making it harder on him. He seems to ignore Van pretty well. I guess he knew Van wouldn't be welcoming him with open arms.
As they took your soul away
The night turned into the day
Blinded by your rays of life
Give us the strength we needed
He has suffered so much in his twenty-five years of living that he seem to hold all the wisdom in the world. Only when you stair into his dark cold, distant, emotionless eyes then you would see what I have seen. Someone who wise, understanding of everything, cares for people in his own little way, and an angel who everyone believes to be cured with misfortune. A dark winged angel, but an angel none the less. Folken Lacour de Fanel an angel to me.
