It was two days after the team had gotten Aya onto their team, and in those two days none of them saw hide nor hair of her, but would always feel her energy in the vicinity, in the training room mostly, they figured she wanted to be left alone, but Kuramas curiosity got the better of him on the third day of not seeing her, she poked his head around the door to see Aya in a sports bra with tight biker shorts on and what looked like bandages on her knuckles, punching and kicking a punching bag. "HYAH!" She shouted and then with one final blow, she destroyed the punching bag, she took it down and threw it to the side where a big pile of punching bags sat, she swept the dust away with a gust of wind, She then went to target practice and began to shoot flying disks with arrows of spirit energy, fireballs, water jets, wind razors, and vines. She did a back hand flip with on hand and shot at one of the targets, but stumbled down. "Ah!" She held her left wrist, it was throbbing painfully, Kurama, in instinct, rushed over to her aid. "Aya!" She turned and when she saw him she stood up. Kurama got there quickly and took a look at her wrist. "You broke it-"She pulled it away. "Dont touch me..." she growled and walked away. He blinked din confusion, why had she done that? He followed her none the less and took hold of her arm. "Aya let me see your wri-" He was cut off by her sharp slap. "I SAID DONT TOUCH ME!" She shouted angrily, then stormed off, Kurama touched where she had hit him, and growled, then ran up and grabbed her, pinning her too the wall, Youko taking over. "Listen, I was only trying to help, you didnt have to hit me!" He shouted angrily at her, he had her pinned by her wrists, and she was trying to get free. "LET ME GO!" She shouted desperately. "Not until you apologize to me!" He shouted back, she looked at him, fear in her eyes, he blinked, was he that scary. "Please let me go" Her voice was chocked, as though holding back sobs. "Aya I-Im sorry." He released her. "I didnt mean to scare you." She whimpered and shrunk away from him, then bolted out the door of the training room, Kurama sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. "Smooth Kurama, real smooth..." He muttered, he went after Aya to apologize, not knowing that the whole time Hiei had been watching Kurama with a smirk, then he bolted and found Aya and got in her path, she ran into him and whimpered, Hiei hugged her. "Calm down, I wont hurt you, can I see your wrist?" She blinked and showed it to him, he reset the bone and tied his scarf and two sticks around it. "There, that should hold till you get to the infirmary" Kurama had watched all this from down the hall and glared at Hiei, his own best friend was moving in on HIS girl! Kurama stormed up to them snarling. "Get your hands off her!" He pulled her away and into his arms, snarling at Hiei, who blinked. "I was only trying to help her." She was struggling to get away form him, but the more she did the tighter he held her until she was crying from fear and pain. Hiei looked at Kurama. "Let her go fox, youre scaring her." Kurama looked down to see her crying and released her. "Aya Im sorry I really and truly am" Aya whimpered and hid behind Hiei. Hiei smirked at Kurama. "Come on Aya, I'll take you too the infirmary." Hiei took Aya away from Kurama and to the infirmary, Kurama stood there, in disbelief, he was fighting for the same girl with his best friend, something about that stirred up Youko 'Reminds me of my little tiff with Kuroune over Yumi, ah Yumi, how I miss her' Youko said to Kurama in his mind. Kurama walked back to his room, hed have to come up with a new plan to win her over, and he would win her over if it was the last thing he did.
