Friday the 13th

Thunder rolls and lightning strikes,
Let them come this haunted night.
We chant and chant for all this land,
Coming out from the ground, a hand!
The girls screamed out loud when a clap of thunder roared boys only laughed at the girls' frightened screams. They didn't laugh for long when the door of their classroom opened with a the boys shared their screams with the girls. The lights were switched on and immediately the terrified children quiet down. "Hey! What are you kids doing here?" Somebody said. The children giggled and snickered. They knew who that somebody was. And they were not afraid of that person. No, they were not! The middle-aged man came into the room with a mop in his hand. He was the school's friendly and kind janitor, Mr. Thompson. The kids replied almost in unison "We're just telling ghost stores, sir,". Now you see, even if Mr. Thompson was a janitor the children always called him sir. That word always made Mr. Thompson feel proud and accepted. But this story isn't about Mr. Thompson or the school children at all. Oh no! This story has a menacing plot and horrible details.
