Lisa stood in her office, with her first-born daughter Kaity, she had her six years ago tomorrow and her father was Gregory House. Lucas had been dating Lisa for six weeks now and stood in front of Lisa, wrapping her arms around the woman he loved and kissed her softly, making Kaity make puking sounds.
Lisa glared, "Behave Kaity Marie House" she said sternly
Kaity rolled her eyes, "I'm going to see my dad"
Lisa sighed, "No you are coming with us, your coming home now. No arguments"
Kaity shook her head, "No way!" she screamed at her
Lisa bent down, "Why not my darling?"
Kaity looked at Lucas and then back at her mother, "I'm not going anywhere with him, he's not my father, you don't love him, you love daddy and daddy loves you"
Lisa shifted uncomfortably, "Where did you hear such silly things Kaity?" she asked gently
Kaity rolled her eyes, and looked the image of her father when she did that, "I asked Daddy if he loves you and he said yes, Why can't you and daddy live together? Then I would get to stay with both of you all the time"
Lisa sighed, "I love Lucas though sweetie" she said making Lucas smirk triumphantly
Kaity begun to cry, "Stop lying!" she said moving away
Greg came in seeing his daughter crying and lifted her up with ease, holding her close, "Heyyy What's wrong short stuff?"
Kaity cried, "I no like Lucas" she whispered to him, making Greg glare at the said man with added hatred, not only had this man stolen the woman he loves but also upset his only child.
Lisa rolled her eyes, "Lucas has done nothing wrong House" she chastised her former lover for the glare
Greg stroked his child's hair, "Why are you crying Princess?"
Kaity looked up rubbing her eyes, "Mommy say she love him, but I no want him to come home with us..I want you to come home daddy" she sobbed, not noticing the hurt look that flashed over Greg's face when he realised the woman he loved, loved someone else
Lisa though, did notice and at that moment realised that she was hurting the man she truly loved, indicating for Lucas to go outside, she followed him. She dumped him in that moment, explaining that this could not carry on, she could not see her child so upset, when she walked back in Greg was sat on the sofa with a sleeping Kaity in his arms.
Lisa knelt before him, "I'm sorry Greg, I really am" she said softly
Greg sighed, "Do whatever you want Lise, just don't have our daughter stuck in the middle, she can come live with me if your going to have lover boy in the house" he whispered angrily, not wanting to wake his child
Lisa shook her head, "I dumped him Greg"
Greg raised his eyebrows, "Why?"
Lisa smiled, "Kaity was right, I love you not him so there's no need for her to move in with you, How about you move in with us? Then she has all her toys and all of the stuff in the backyard and its closer to the hospital"
Greg took her hands in his and kissed them, "I love you too" he said softly
Lisa smiled and settled on the sofa beside him, as he pulled her into his arms and kissed her lips softly, "Let's get this clever little madame home then" she said softly
Gregory smiled and lifted their first-born child and stood up, taking hold of his soon to be fiancée's hand and leading them out to the car.
