It all started with an iris in to a close-up of a remote with my atom symbol in the center. It beared two red double arrow buttons reading "Rewind" and "Forward" respectively. Below were two blue single arrow buttons reading "Reverse Play" and "Forward Play". A track wheel standed at the bottom, and an LCD screen reading "Speed up time" resting at the top. My hand comed into view and pressed the "Forward" button, the screen said "900%". Everything was widen to frame all of me as I aimed the remote at a nearby flowerpot. The antenna on the remote emitted a shockwave of translucent waves as the camera cut to a close-up of an unbloomed flower in the pot. "Hmmm" I speaked as the flower instantly bloomed, cutting to frame all of me on the end of this; Goddard joined me, and I gave him a thumbs up. "Looks like my Time Accelerator works exactly as I planned." "Whoo-hoo" cheered Hugh, with a pair of tickets in his hand as he and Judy entered. "I can't believe it Sugar Booger! We're finally gonna get to see Ducks. The greatest musical ever made" He began singing "When you're a duck, You're a duck all the way. From the first time you quack, To the last egg you lay." I rolled my eyes at the obvious disapproval of the event, then I pressed the "Forward" button, setting the remote to speed up time by 300%. Widen as I activated it; Hugh's performance instantly speeded up "When you're a duck. You will live in a blind" he resumed. "With a little or long orange. It's a fresh melon rind". When a brass section for the next line appeared, He ended his performance with a slide across the floor on his knees. "Du-u-u-u-u-u-ucks! The Musical" he finished. And then, I stared at the camera with a tip of a knowing wink. "Now, Jimmy. While we're out tonight, no inviting anyone over, no experiments, and no intergalactic travel." warned Judy. "Don't worry, Mom. I'll be good." I agreed. "Good. Uh but, just to be safe." said my mother, as she held out a contract, it was laid against my desk; It read "Good Boy No-Party Agreement" and had a few blank spaces and a signature along the bottom with my atom symbol on the far left, with Mum gestering at each blank space. "Uh, sign here...and here...and here... And initial here." "Mom, I'm just doing some routine maintenance on my Shrink Ray, Time Pincher and Time Accelerator." I said "It's gonna be a boring night." I started to write, until she kissed me and walked over to Hugh. "Let's get a move on, puddin'." begged Hugh. "Don't wanna miss the overture." I turned around to continue working, but the next number suddenly snapped me into disturbance, He resumed singing this time to the tune of Beethoven's 5th Symphony, slow 4 (C minor) "Da-da-da-duck. Da-da-da-duck" went Hugh, continued quacking under the following. "Oh Hugh" reacted Mom. "We'll be home around 11:30." "Eh, Jimbo, you want us to... wake ya up when we get home and reenact the show?" asked Hugh. "Uh...no thanks, Dad." I replied.
