Meteor Shower
"Bob says hello," Percy told the stars.
As she looked up at the sky, following Percy's direction, she saw some flashing light.
"What's that? Those aren't monsters, are they?" Percy asked.
"No, I guessed," said Annabeth. "That's meteor shower, an astronomic phenomenon caused by streams of cosmic debris called meteoroids entering earth's atmosphere—I mean the earth, not with E-capital—at extremely high speeds on parallel trajectories. Or—as mortal called it—the falling stars," she explained.
Percy frowned. "Jeez, Annabeth, you're talking as same as Wikipedia. Every words."
She rolled her eyes.
Unexpectedly, Percy pecked her cheek. "Let's make a wish."
Annabeth looked at her boyfriend with What-are-you-talking-about and You're-kidding-right expression. But she said nothing.
"Hurry, before they're gone," he whispered.
She huffed and closed her eyes. She knew that those are just meteors and cannot grant their wishes, but actually, it was tempting to try it.
"I hope this war will be going to an end," she whispered to herself. "And… and if Percy and I can get home alive, I hope—," she smiled. "I hope we can built something permanent and make his plan of our future works."
Then she opened her eyes.
Percy was smiling at her. "What's your wish, Wise Girl?"
"Secret," she said, smiling mysteriously. "Keep your own business, Seaweed Brain."
"Oh fine," he mumbled, "then I'm not going to tell you my wish either. But I bet you want to know at last. You're the most curious girl I've ever met in the world."
She laughed and kissed him again.
"Love you, too. And, Percy, you know me too well, don't you?"
The Argo II sailed into the night.

A/N:
Those Annabeth's explaination I got from Wikipedia, since I know nothing about meteor shower. Haha. I copy some sentences from House of Hades, too.
This is my first fic, so I'm sorry for my mistakes. Thanks for reading and reviewing.
And, oh, I do not own Wikipedia, too.
